Terms of Sale


You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order. This includes a complete name, shipping and billing address, telephone number, email and a valid payment method. Strauss Peyton Images does not assume liability for mis-delivery due to inaccurate information. Strauss Peyton Images reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. The sole remedy for the customer will be a refund of any payment(s) made for the order.


It is not possible to change your order once it has been placed. You must cancel your order within an hour of placement for us to guarantee cancellation. We can change the delivery address for your order as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact us through our Contact page to make changes to the shipping address. If the order has already been shipped the customer will be responsible for all charges and changes made with the courier.


All payments are required when placing your order(s). In the event of a stopped payment or disapproved charge, Strauss Peyton Images has the right to cancel the order until payment is received. If the order has already been shipped, Strauss Peyton Images reserves the right to seek payment for all costs of collection and to charge interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the highest allowable rate by law if less than 1.5% per month) until payment is made. 

Color Matching

Due to the differences and quality associated with different technological mediums, we cannot guarantee that the colors you are seeing on your monitor will be the same colors you see once manufactured. All final products are created using the finest materials and color enhancing technology. 

Sales Tax

All applicable sales tax will be added to your order at checkout and should be paid by the consumer where required by law.


Delivery times are based on the product you select. You should receive most orders within 10 - 12 days of placing your order. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us! We will want a picture of the damaged product and packaging to review. If we accept that the damage was received in shipping we will be happy to replace your product. Please notify us of shipping damage within 7 days of receiving shipment. 

Since each product is custom ordered we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.


Price and availability of any products or services are subject to change without notice. No responsibility is assumed by Strauss Peyton Images  for any errors in listed prices or other information, all of which we reserve the right to correct. Orders are not final or binding until accepted by us. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to limit the available quantity of or discontinue any product or service; to honor, or impose conditions on the honoring of, any coupon, coupon code, promotional code or other similar promotions; to bar any user from making any or all purchase(s); and/or to refuse to provide any user with any product or service. You are responsible for the proper and safe handling of any prints or other products you order from us. We are not responsible for any damage created after the customer has received the product.
